According to a new survey, 32 percent of men admit that they have trouble speaking up at work.
The survey found that speaking up is a problem for both men and women, with 42 percent of women admitting that they’re afraid of causing friction in the workplace.
The survey results were surprising because there wasn’t much of a difference -- just 10 percent -- between men and women on this one.
