Hilary Duff Returns To Music With Her First Song In 4 Years: Listen Now

She’s baaaack!

Hilary Duff made her long-awaited return to music with her first song in years, and it may sound a bit familiar. Last night (February 12), Duff linked up with husband Matthew Koma on the RAC-produced version of Third Blind Eye’s “Never Let You Go.” Not only is the cover Duff’s first music project since recording “Little Lies” in 2016 for Younger, it’s also the first time Koma and Duff are coming together on a record.

Sharing a snippet of the clip on Instagram, Duff wrote, “VOLUME UP! It’s a bop and I sing with my husband @matthewkoma who thinks (dreams) he’s best friends with Stephan Jenkins. Instead we just cover his songs ..... @rac making all of Matthews dreams come true.”

In case you were wondering, the newly-married couple’s collaboration is already winning fans over — both big and small. "I let it play and my 18month old daughter begins to dance right away 😍” one user commented, as another fan praised, “This is great, I’m obsessed 💜 please do a few originals together.”

You may remember, Koma and Duff first teased they were cooking something up in the studio on Instagram back in December. While the 32-year-old’s fans have been patiently hoping for a follow-up to 2015’s Breathe In. Breathe Out., the mommy of two told Entertainment Tonight she hasn’t had a free moment to make anything original of her own.

“No new music. I don't have time right now, and I always feel like I'm letting a certain small group of people who still care about my music down,” she said, teasing, “Maybe [I'll make music in the future.] I never can say no, because it could happen. I mean, Isabella could return… I can never say never.”
